Free Consultation?

Our experience has taught that an effective legal consultation requires both parties to be prepared and invested in the meeting. Krentz Law does provide free phone calls and e-mails in situations where the issue is concluded within that brief time. If your issue requires more time or effort than a 10 minute telephone conversation, it is important that no opportunity is wasted through a meeting where neither party is properly prepared.

To avoid lost time, Krentz Law implemented the following two value based consultation options:

$200.00 Value Consultation
• Client provides background information at least 2 business days in advance of the scheduled meeting.
• A Krentz Law lawyer reviews the information prior to the meeting (minimum of ½ hour).
• A member of the Krentz Law team contacts the Client prior to the meeting regarding any potential concerns or questions the lawyer uncovered during the initial review.
• Client is encouraged to bring additional information related to the Lawyer’s concerns or questions.
• Client and Lawyer meet at Krentz Law office for 1 hour.
• A member of the Krentz Law team sends follow-up correspondence to Client outlining the issues and the options discussed.

$350.00 Value Consultation
• Client provides background information at least 4 business days in advance of the scheduled meeting.
• Krentz Law lawyer reviews the information prior to the meeting (minimum 1/2 hour).
• A member of the Krentz Law team contacts the Client prior to the meeting regarding any potential concerns or questions the lawyer uncovered during the initial review.
• Client is encouraged to bring additional information related to the Lawyer’s concerns or questions.
• Client and Lawyer meet at Krentz Law office for 2 hours.
• Follow-up correspondence sent to Client outlining the issue and discussion.
